Terms of service

1. Scope of the Terms of Use and Revisions

These Terms of Use govern solely the cross-border transactions (i.e., international orders shipped outside Japan) conducted through the Site.

The Terms of Use are applicable to the Company and the User (as defined in Article 2 below) with regard to the use of the Site. Purchases of products from the Company can be made through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).

Users of the Site acknowledge that the Company has the right to revise or update, in whole or in part, these Terms of Use without obtaining prior consent from the User. The Company will inform the User of any such revision or update in a manner the Company deems appropriate. Once the Company revises or updates these Terms of Use, the revised or updated provisions shall apply to the User’s use of the Site.

For cross-border purchases (i.e., international orders shipped outside Japan), the order processing, sales contract, payment processing, duties and taxes, delivery, returns, and any other transaction-related matters are governed, in whole or in part, by the Terms & Conditions of Global-e NL B.V. or its affiliated companies (“Global-e”). Users placing cross-border orders agree to be bound by Global-e’s Terms & Conditions, available here. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and Global-e’s Terms & Conditions with respect to cross-border purchases, Global-e’s Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

    • (5) Prohibited Conducts (as provided in Article 6 below) by the applicant in the past;
    • (6) For other reasons which the Company considers as reasonable in relation to operating and managing the Site.

3. Change of Registered Information

  1. (1) If there is any change in any part of registered information submitted to the Company, the Member shall immediately update such registered information according to the method specified by the Company. 2. (2) The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the Member's failure to properly update the registered information.

Users may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, sell, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any part of the Content without the prior written permission of the Company. Any unauthorized use of the Content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Users may download or print Content only when explicitly permitted by the Site and solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Such permitted use does not grant any ownership rights or licenses to the User.

If any dispute arises between a User and a third party in connection with the User’s use of the Content or violation of intellectual property rights, the User shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense, and shall indemnify the Company against any damages, claims, or losses arising therefrom.

8. Purchase and Payment

Users may purchase Products through the Site by submitting an offer to purchase according to the procedures specified on the Site.

For all cross-border purchases (international orders shipped outside Japan), the order processing, acceptance of the purchase offer, formation of the sales contract, and all related transaction processes—including pricing, payment processing, duties and taxes, delivery, and returns—are handled exclusively by Global-e (“Global-e”). The sales contract for such cross-border purchases is formed between the User and Global-e, not with the Company.

The terms, procedures, and conditions applicable to cross-border purchases—including return and refund handling, payment methods, duties and taxes, delivery arrangements, and any after-sales processes—are governed by the conditions established by Global-e. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the conditions applied by Global-e with respect to cross-border purchases, the conditions applied by Global-e shall prevail.

The Company and Global-e reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, system errors, or any other inaccuracies or omissions related to product information or availability.

The total amount payable by the User shall include the product price, shipping fees, and any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These amounts may be calculated and collected by Global-e at checkout in accordance with Global-e’s applied conditions and applicable local regulations.

Payment for cross-border purchases shall be made using the payment methods offered by Global-e at checkout. Any disputes or inquiries concerning payment processing for cross-border purchases must be resolved directly with Global-e in accordance with the conditions applied by Global-e.

The Company shall not be liable for any delays, denials, costs, or other issues arising from the processing of payments, tax calculations, delivery arrangements, or any other transaction-related matters handled by Global-e.

9. Returns and Refunds

For orders shipped outside Japan, all return, refund, and after-sales service inquiries must begin by contacting the Company through the customer support page.

Upon receiving a request, the Company will review the User’s inquiry and, where applicable, guide the User to the return process provided through Global-e’s system.

A return may be permitted in cases including, but not limited to, the following:
・the Product is found to be defective;
・an incorrect Product was delivered; or
・the Product was damaged during shipping

Whether a return falls under these categories shall be determined based on verification conducted by the Company and Global-e in accordance with applicable procedures.

Return periods vary depending on the User’s country of residence and applicable local laws, including statutory withdrawal rights in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Once the return process is initiated, the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), generation of return labels, and creation of all required return documents are carried out through Global-e’s system. Communications regarding the initiation of a return, return instructions, or status updates may be sent either directly by Global-e or by the Company through the Site’s notification system.

Eligibility for returns, the applicable return period, conditions required for Products to be accepted for return, refund methods, and any costs or deductions associated with returns are determined solely in accordance with Global-e’s policies and applicable laws and regulations.

All refunds for such purchases are processed exclusively by Global-e. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, denials, costs, or other issues arising from return or refund operations conducted through Global-e’s system.

No exchange service is offered. If the User wishes to receive a replacement or a different item, the User must complete the return process and place a new order.

10. Product-related Disclaimer

(3) Product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing information displayed on the Site are provided for general guidance only. Actual colors, textures, or details may vary depending on device display settings, lighting conditions, or production variations. (a) misuse, modification, or improper handling of the Product by the User;
(b) normal wear and tear;

(7) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company’s liability shall be limited to direct and actual damages only.
