Shipping Country

All orders are shipped from Japan.

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Please refer to the list of available shipping destinations here.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, EMS, or other international courier services.

Please note that non-delivery, returns, or lost items resulting from incorrect address entry will be at the customer’s expense and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Shipping Period

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team.
Once your order has been shipped, a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
If you do not receive this email within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery and tracking updates may be delayed due to COVID-19, geopolitical conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we do not accept shipments to P.O. box addresses.

Available payment methods vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

The handling of duties and taxes varies depending on the destination country.
For some destinations, duties and taxes may be calculated and included in the total amount at checkout.
For other destinations, local customs authorities may collect duties and taxes upon arrival.
The applicable method will be displayed at checkout, and by placing an order, you agree to comply with any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.

Please note that we are unable to estimate or control any charges collected by customs authorities.

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the refundable amount (if any) will be processed based on our return policy.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
