Notice - Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Please note that shipments to the United States are temporarily suspended due to recent changes in import duties and customs clearance fees. We are preparing a new system that will display the final payment amount, including duties and taxes, at the time of purchase. Once this is in place, shipments to the U.S. will promptly resume.

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via EMS, FedEx, DHL or other international courier services.

Please note that non-delivery, returns, or lost items resulting from incorrect address entry will be at the customer’s expense and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Shipping Period

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team.
Once your order has been shipped, a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
If you do not receive this email within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery and tracking updates may be delayed due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we do not accept shipments to P.O. box addresses.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Paypal, and Shop pay.

Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped “delivery duties unpaid” (DDU). Custom duties, sales taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees are NOT included in the price nor shipping cost shown in the website.
Recipient of the order is responsible for all Sales Tax, VAT, Import Duty, and any other applicable fees. If you place an order, it is deemed that you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country for the delivery of the product you ordered.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from each countries. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, in order to avoid being surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be noted that you will not be reimbursed for your order, in case if your order(s) were returned back to us due to your failure to pay duties and taxes as explained above.
