Return and Replacement of the Product
In case that the delivered Product is defective or inconsistent with the offer to purchase,
please give us notice via “contact form” by no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
After receiving your notice, we will inform you of the further process for return or replacement of the Product.
Please kindly note that your notice of defect in the Product has to be accompanied by the clear image (photo) showing the detail of the defect.
Please also confirm the following:
(1) If you return the Product to us for your personal reasons without prior notice, we will resend such returned Product at your expense (on a C.O.D. basis).
(2) If excessive return of the Product is repeated, your offer for purchase may be rejected.
(3) If the return of the Product is due to your long absence or your declining the receipt, the amount paid by you for the purchase of such Product will not be refunded.
(4) Since the Product is shipped from Japan, slight wrinkle or damaged package may be found in the delivered Product.
Return and Replacement of the Product for your Personal Reasons
Return of the Product:
In case that the return is for personal reasons (including personal preferences), such as "It is different from what I imagined.", "The size does not fit." or "My offer for the purchase has been made by mistake." etc, in so far as the return of such Product fulfills the conditions set by us, we accept the said "return".
Please note that you have to pay all the fees (including shipment fees and handling fees) for such "return" in the above-mentioned case.
If you wish to return the delivered Product, please give us notice via "Return and Replacement of the Product" by reaching from "contact form".
When you give us the above-mentioned notice, please include the following in such notice:
(1) order number;
(2) the name (or identification number) of the Products you wish to return; and
(3) the reason for the return in the notice. In addition, please note that we cannot accept the return of the Product in the following cases:
(1) There is no prior notice of the return;
(2) 8 days passed from the date of delivery;
(3) One of things delivered together with the Product, such as product tag, price tag, label or accessory, is damaged, stained or missing;
(4) If the Product is used, mended, modified, washed or processed by laundry service;
(5) The state of the Product (not only in terms of the Product itself, but also in terms of its package, box, accessory or written warranty) at the time of return is quite different from the state at the time of shipping from Japan;
(6) The Product was stained or damaged, or smell sticked to the Product while you kept the Product (due to pets, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics, etc.);
(7) Product in reduction (discounted priced Product);
(8) The Product with description of "This Product cannot be returned." in the Site;
(9) In case of shoes, the Product (shoes) is returned with shipping slip attached directly on the shoes container box (please kindly note that such box is a part of the Product);or
(10) Other than the cases listed above, the Product was returned in the state that we consider as unsellable.
Only in the cases where the delivered Product is defective or inconsistent with the offer to purchase, the return of the Product may be accepted.
If we have stocks, we will make replacement with the Product of the same kind. If we do not have stocks, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned Product.
In case that the return is for personal reasons (including personal preferences), such as "It is different from what I imagined.", "The size does not fit." or "My offer for the purchase has been made by mistake.", we cannot make replacement with the Product of other kind.
Refund will be made through credit card company or, if the payment was made by methods other than credit card, refund will be made through the company providing such payment methods, by means of changing the settlement amount.
At the time of processing the refund, depending on the cutoff date of the credit card used, if the billing amount is fixed for the payment before the refund, such billing amount will be withdrawn from your account, and then the amount for the refund will be (1) offset by the amount for your purchase in the next month or (2) directly refunded.
The method of refund differs by credit card company. If you have any question, please contact the credit card company issuing the credit card which you used for the payment.

In case of other payment methods (other than credit card), we will inform you of the details for the refund procedures.
Please note that we will refund the amount with deduction of the shipping fees in the case where the net amount of your purchase becomes lower than the specified amount(fixed purchase price for free delivery) and not qualified for free shipping as a consequence of the return of the Product for your personal reasons.
